The hotel is in a bustling location near Machane Yehuda market and minutes away from Ben Yehuda St and Jaffa Road. However, the rooms are small and cozy yet a bit rundown and noisy. The service was a mixed bag, with some lapses in communication and intrusions. The dining experience was underwhelming, and the rooftop happy hour lacked promised drinks. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently situated near various attractions in a lively area.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms, though cozy, could use some maintenance to reduce the noise levels and improve cleanliness, especially in the bathroom.
Service
5.0
The service was a bit lacking in communication and privacy, with unexpected room intrusions, but the linen and towels were clean.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the Machane Yehuda market and nearby attractions, but noise disruptions during festivities like Purim can be a downside.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience fell short of expectations, as the promised rooftop terrace setting was not delivered, and additional charges were incurred.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities overall were basic, with room for improvement in providing promised amenities like the rooftop happy hour offerings.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms overlooked the vibrant outdoor market and bustling streets of Jerusalem's center, which was a treat. However, they seemed a bit worn, much like the rest of the hotel. The size was adequate, leaning towards the smaller side, but the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer was a definite plus.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The odd-shaped Junior Suite lacked hot water, but the perfect breakfast on the rooftop was a delightful surprise. The room, though small as expected in a boutique hotel, was centrally located between the Mahane Yehuda open-air market and the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall in the heart of town.
Rooms
6.0
The Junior Suite was of an odd shape and lacked hot water, but the rooftop breakfast was just perfect. The room's size was small, as expected in a boutique hotel with a central location.
Service
7.0
The staff was swift and helpful in solving the problems we encountered. They finally changed the sofa to a camp bed, which was better, although still not meeting our expectations for the price category. Despite some noisy guests in the hallways, the staff remained highly professional and friendly.
Location
9.0
The location was absolutely excellent, being right near the Machane Yehuda Shuk and Ben Yehuda Street, two central areas. It was perfect for exploring both the old and new city of Jerusalem.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience, although not taking place in the beautiful rooftop terrace as expected, was still rather good. We had to go to another hotel 10 minutes away for breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel facilities were basic but satisfactory for a short stay.
